As the photographer I may use that photo as I see fit. As the artist of a piece of music she owns the copyright automatically, though she may setup an official copyright here http://www.copyright.gov/eco/ I submit all of my printed and sold photos once a month here in batch files so that I have proof of copyright ownership and as an added bonus my ability to collect damages for infringement goes from having to prove damage to having the ability to collect a minimum of 25k per violation.
