not sure if this helps but i havent had to add IP addresses to my list for 
requests since more then 4 months now.

I know my IP address in my own network has changed a number of times (what with 
my verizon issue) but thats been resolved.
I just read that ( in this topic) addresses were changed? but again, i havent 
had to add any new.

  No Gramps, it is not the IP of my host. Besides, that would not change. The 
  IP that is returned from the 700 'request error' is registered to 
  COLOGUYS.COM.
