I think I've gotten the same spam a couple months ago.
Ridiculously low pricing? I thought I'd taught him and his buddies a
lesson. I signed up and sent enough traffic over that their server
couldn't stay up for more than 5 minutes at a time. They were buying VPS
servers from some other guy, who was getting them from some other guy, who
was... well, you get the idea. The whole thing was a house of cards with
half the players being in high school or younger!
