the last time i did that i got no where and the ticket was closed 3 times
wtih no resolution.
 I opened the ticket
typed up FULL information of what was working and installed properly
gave links to show that ports are open
gave a link to show my host isnt blocking
 etc etc
i even got to the point where  i gave them access to log into the computer
remotly

almost a week went by and they never did it.


Ill open the ticket as per your suggestion but i really have no faith in it

PS. I cant open a ticket because the spacial audio site isnt loading
i cant access any part of it for the past couple hours
