It sounds as if you may have accidentally clicked on SAM before the backup
was finished; this caused the OK window to go behind SAM, forcing you to do
the hard reset. If you encounter this again hold down the alt key and hit
the tab key, this brings up the task switcher, hit tab until you are to the
SAM icon then let go of the alt key.
This should bring the Ok box back up to the top level and allow you to click
ok and continue using SAM.

I ended up having to do a end task
I also see that when I add file that are duplicates it does not allow me to
remove them it does it automatically 

Also the sort features seem to all be grayed out?

I upgraded to this build and I just added some songs to the database 

When I made a backup it seems that the program is locked up although it is
still playing music 

I can not minimize or drag it and I never got the backup successful alert
box 

 

Anybody seen this b4
