lastnight ( around 4am EST ) in my history panel it shows that i lost encoder connection. On all the other computers here in my home office, the little window bubble poped up saying basically i lost internet connection. No one was awake at this hour and the only thing running was the machine with SAM on it. basically at that point, im guessing the SAM machine IP address changed? But im running NO-I P service on it. My webhost company already looked at my IP trying to connect through and basically, that hasnt changed. Its still the SAME Ip address he placed in the webhost firewall allowances before.
I looked at the IP address of the machine and he is correct. Now hold on a second..... before we go blaming the host company..... read above. I already went over the problem with him. He also knows about the TEST page. At this point, when my IP changes, i simply send a TEXT message to his cell "IP Update please?" and he knows what to do. Today..... he had to call me back and tell me his findings. Anyone have any other idea why this is happening?
