So we expected payment in late July and starting chasing after Nextel in mid August. Since then we found out then that they have completely changed their payment cycle [no one was notified, including our account rep]. Our account rep told that we should still expect payment by the end of August. Wednesday, August 29th, we found out that it "could be another 45 days". Tony Philipp, CEO, was made aware of the situation and has been working to move it up the command chain within Nextel. Our account rep also understands that this is not right and she is pushing the matter as well. We apologize for the inconvenience that this causes you but know that we are working hard to get this situation resolved as soon as possible.
