No.
It means that Song A has a weight of 60.
Song B has a weight of 30.

Over the next 90 songs (assuming you only have these two songs in your
playlist) Songs A and B will play like so.

Song A
Song A
Song B
Song A.
Song A.
Song B

And so on.

It does not mean it will play over the other always, just that is A and B
are the only two songs to choose from then SAM wil choose song A twice as
much as song B since it has a 2x higher weight.
