ramadan mubarak I am the main developer of kprayertime and since I've just finished arabising it (arabic labels & numerals as an option) and tidying it up a bit I thought I'd let you know here, and I notice that someone's thinking of doing something similar for GTK. That's great.
There seems to be some confusion about the calculation methods. Prospective developers should be aware that there are many ways of calculating the Salat times and that there are also differences between the madhhabs, primarily between shaafi`ii and the others, where `asr is earlier in Shaafi`ii ( by over an hour or more sometimes, depending on your latitude and the time of year of course). If anyone has any queries I'd be glad to help as much as I can but the people who did the maths used in these programs seem to have disappeared or lost interest and are not answering the emails. I personally have been living in Syria for the last year and am now back in the UK. Amin and I will be releasing the latest version shortly.
