So, this looks like an undetected spoofed email... And the mailing lists accept emails from arabeyes.org domain addresses (even if they are not subscribed).
Nadim, any idea(s) ?
Next step you should looks in the log of your mail server (if it's possible) to see if you have some trace of this mail.
