I think we can all agree that we need more articles like Alaa's recent expose. This is further proof that the more vocal we are about our needs and various application's short-comings the more likely we are to get results.
Where are you PR people ? We had a couple of talkers that never backed up their words with concrete plans/actions - can this be changed ???
