Just a good news, I just tested CVS connection from Syria and it seems to work now.
For more information I'm with SCS-NET with Real IP.
I tested it with sourceforge, normal connection, with a CVS client from Windows (Tortoise) who doesn't seems to have special configuration.
So would be good top have a try on arabeyes CVS.
