Mohammed.Yousif has spent a great deal of time on this issue and we tried to outline and provide all the necessary info. The proposal (and let us know if we need further info in hopes of a speedy adoption) also mirrors an updated TTF font file to further clarify any potential ambiguity regarding the missing/proposed glyphs,
