BiCon 0.2.0 is out. As you are aware, BiCon is a bidirectional console - enabling bidirectional input and output, which is needed for Arabic and Persian. It currently has support for the Linux console and X.
Users of BiCon 0.0.20040505 (alpha) will notice very little difference, if any. It was deemed that the last alpha quality is sufficient for a full release.
