Not much, but it's a start. Down the road it would be nice to have a mechanism so visitors could indicate their priorities with respect to the requirements list.
BTW, I think it would be better to make the wiki front page editable. I had to stick the link to this page on the ToDo list page, which isn't really the right place for it.
