Hello Ossama:
I originally made some OpenOffice 1.1.x Arabic builds available on Arabbix SF.net site. they were done by a by who has a build system for OOo called Pavel Janick. They have a nice build system that we can use to make Arabic specific builds of OOo.
Let me know if this is something interesting that you guys might like to have. I will host it on my machine if needed be.
p.s. I have a week off for holidays so I am back on OOo .po files issues and hope to have the .po files updated and properly fixed.
