I agree with the idea of using Google Apps to provide emails to arabeyes members, but in the case, ther original emails of @arabeyes.org <'@arabeyes.org'> may not be accessible no more (it could be substituted of course of that hosted on Google server).
By the way, the link of Non-Profit Organisation ( http://www.google.com/a/npo ) can be used in the case of arabeyes.org giving a number of users more than sufficient, and requiring one step to verify the ownership of the website (either by uploading a special webpage on the site or changing some DNS records), and the second step is changing the MX records to point to google mail servers (all details are available when signing up in this service). One thing is to add, the user accounts given by this service are limited by 100 MB size for each.
