Drupal 6 is being translated outside Arabeyes. that is correct, but I don't understand your preference, should be translated outside Arabeyes!!
is it non free? or a wasted effort? or some problem between Arabeyes and Dropal? or any other conflection that cause your recommendation? I'm just asking, not arguing or raising an objection.
