Retiring the project is a notice to users that there is no longer a
development community behind the project.
So:
* No further releases.
* No new bugs/issues can be reported.
However:
* The website remains.
* Downloads remain.
* Existing bugs/issues remain in the issue tracker.
If anyone ever starts maintaing the project again, it will be noted at:
