The LDAP groups are not created from asf-auth, so removal from there will not
delete them.
PMC chairs and some other people should be able to remove all members from a
group, but deletion will require infra karma.
Note: just thought - do we treat iBatis differently from other Attic projects
here?
I assume other Attic TLPs keep their LDAP groups; only SVN is made read-only.
