project XML was retired a year ago ; the project page
still has to be attic'ed ; if that's done, I can set
the proper redirects in "/dist/xml/".
I'm afraid that hasn't happened yet. I'm beyond rusty with the site
generation of xml.apache.org but I can try and scavenge some notes to see how
to change the website, unless someone with a better muscle memory beats me to
