As this isn't moving a TLP to the Attic, there's remarkably little to do.
It's hard to find anything out about Savan or Sandesha. They appear to be
removed from SVN, where viewvc doesn't make it easy to see deleted items.
Websites are unlinked, but still exist, with varying quality of detail:
