Not sure how valuable this is - projects are removed from the committee
list a good amount of time before they're updated in doaps. So it's a
guaranteed warning email (or repeat if it keeps sending and doesn't have a
dedupe).

Not sure where the email is coming from either :) Someone playing I assume.
