As an FYI, 2 + 3 are typically done by the Secretary. It's rare that I get to
do it :)
#4 is a case of checking the list archives (
https://lists.apache.org/[email protected]:2017-3 ). I can see
retirement being mentioned on dev@, but not on user@. Sending a note to the
list would be a good idea.
6.2) I'm confused on this one. The Abdera file doesn't seem to be set to
Attic/retired; yet the projects.apache.org HTML says it is. Not sure what I
did; if I did anything :) I remember updating Stratos.
