crimson, xml - hit a dead end

Hi Attic,

When one opens an elevated permissions CMD prompt in Windows and runs 
`eventvwr /?` a syntax popup appears and it mentions conformity to 
Crimson XML for certain command switches.

In an attempt to create such a string I hit a documentation cul-de-sac 
when I clicked "crimson" in the Apache attic.

Could xerces be a legitimate documentation direction to take, or is the 
crimson documentation available and I simply can't find it?
