We have a mechanism to add related projects to the attic page of a retired
project - so, if it’s appropriate, we could link to OpenDAL from the
jclouds page here:

    https://attic.apache.org/projects/jclouds.html

We would just need a description to go with the link - perhaps an
adaptation of what you wrote:

 “for users of BlobStore, Apache OpenDAL provides one data access layer for
all storage backends, which serves similar functionality”

Here’s an example from another project - at the bottom of the page is a
“related projects” section:

    https://attic.apache.org/projects/hivemind.html
