The commitee-info files currently only contain the year and month of establishment in the 'established' field.
I think it would be useful to add the full date as 'established_date', similarly to what is done with retired_date. I have raised a PR (520) with the Agenda tool which would add the date when a new TLP is created. I have modified the script that I used to populate the retired_date fields, so can easily backfill existing entries, and Whimsy will then put the dates into committees-retired.json The intention would then be to use the Whimsy data to initialise the field in the PR that creates the Attic entry.
