It was I (John B. Cole) who wanted to check out the
network printing book.
Bluefish and Quanta are two HTML editors for Linux
under very active development, and both are quite
usable.  They both have lots of wizards to automate
common coding tasks, but neither is a WYSIWYG-type
editor.  There is a WYSIWYG-type HTML editor for KDE,
Kafka (IIRC), that is in a very early stage of
development.
