I've used both dyndns.org and dhs.org.  Actually, a friend of mine used
dyndns.org.  I've had little trouble at all with dhs.org, personally. 
They allow you to register individual hosts or domain spaces with your
hosts on different IP's.  The only difficulty I've ever had with this
sort of service is the "service" part.  They rarely provide what you'd
call upstream administration.  They give you a domain name and a foot in
the door with the root servers.  You do the rest.  I'd be happy to talk
about what I've done exactly if you're interested.
