I keep checking DSLReports...and ISPs are finally starting to report
that I'm (sorta) eligible for DSL.  But I'm still 19000+ft from the CO,
so my only option there is ISDL (144k/144k) at $50-60/month depending on
plan.
I could also get @Hoax, but I'm not going to.  Too many complaints, both
from local users, and nationally, scattered across the comp.dcom. newsgroups.
I tried it out at Computer Heaven and, having seen a 1500/384 DSL connection
in action before,  wasnt impressed @Hoax's speed.   They also cant seem to
run a mail server.  (plus the server restrictions, portscanning, packet loss)
