Dustin's book isn't just Squid.  It's Linux implementation in general.
And yes, I turned in my notes some time ago to Dustin.  I'm not sure where
mtg notes get posted anymore, since the site's been redesigned.

If you hit brlug.net and click the "library" link, there's a book in there
by Dustin, currently "in" and available for loan.  That's the one we refer
to from time to time.  <wink>Must be nice to have your own library where
you can pass your own book around and not everyone else's lecture
notes.</wink>
