I haven't heard from anyone concerning a speaker about the SSSCA. Besides, I'm too pissed about it to discuss it in any rational manner.
Anybody have an alternate suggestion? I'm going to try to install RedHat 7.2 on my laptop before the meeting and bring it to show and tell. If I can download it, I'll burn it for anyone wishing a copy. Lemme know as soon as possible (not the afternoon of the meeting). I will be at Coates at 6pm for the BRLUG Newbie Hour. Anybody needing help or questions answered, please come by at 6pm sharp, so we have at least an hour to work on your problems. Otherwise, we may not be able to help you. Also, experienced volunteers are always welcome to help. Big thanks go to Nathaniel Klumb for showing up early and always being very helpful to newbies. For being such a big help, I'm going to burn you a copy of a Chinese documentary w/ English subtitles called "The Shaolin Monks of Kung Fu". There is one scene where a 90 year old monk supports his entire body upside down for an hour on his index finger!!! If you believe in Linux, then show up at 6pm and help introduce some newbies to Linux. Otherwise, the Dark Lord in Redmond will destroy Middle-Earth... er... Newbies aren't born, people, they are dragged kicking and screaming from the Micro$oft dungeons. So please help. John Hebert __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
