Good question. Parking for Coates is in front in the Coates parking lot and along the side of the building. The "barrier arms" are in the up position after 5pm. You can also park on Tower Rd in the parking slots available. I remember reading in this list a while back that you won't get ticketed for parking in these areas after 5 or 6pm.
