I'm afraid that anything that is more complicated than a TV remote is over our congress critters heads. At least it seems that way when we have idiots like Fritz Hollings (a traitor to his constituents and America if you ask me) selling out the American citizens and the entire IT industry (not to mention researchers at universities) to Hollywood. The SSSCA bill will be the worst legislation I have ever seen if it goes through. Unfortunately Fritz is not up for reelection until 2004.
