Coates Hall is part of the "common's" area........the library at one end of
a bunch of buildings which make a big rectangle with a courtyard in the
middle.  See any map of the LSU buildings and it will stick out like a sore
thumb.  If the meeting is held after 6pm I am fairly certain that the
parking is still free..........haven't been there since I graduated back in
'93.
Oh yeah, there is a building on the corner of Dalrymple Dr. and Highland Rd.
that hands out parking passes......they also have campus maps.
