-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 As a result of the conversation we had earlier, Cleve, I have been working on a kernel upgrade and I can tell you that the default directory from kernel.org is /usr/src/linux. The modules directory is not what you are looking for...at least I do not believe this to be the case. Perhaps the source code for the kernel was not installed during the installation? You might want to check this. I know that Mandrake did not do it by default. At least not for me. ;) BTW: I am currently running kernel version 2.4.18-01klw.
