One of the E-zines I get has a blurb about DemoLinux, a 650 MB CD image. One can download it from:
http://www.demolinux.org/ burn the CD, then boot from it on most any machine that allows booting from CD. Should be a good demo for the curious. Contains Star Office and other goodies. The zine suggests carrying a copy around so you can boot into Linux from any handy machine and avoid most of the scary configuration concerns for a newbie Wonder if anyone has tried it? Preferably someone with broadband access, too. If it seems good, suspect we'd have several interested in a copy of the CD.
