Wiki or PostNuke style forums could probably serve the purpose well... I'd volunteer the space to do it all, but at this point I can't guarantee uptime. I can volunteer time, though. If someone has the space, I'd gladly set up a mail/mailing list/web server for the group.
I wonder.. with all of the DSL/Cable users here, could BRLUG do some sort of distributed (via round-robin dns with low ttl) web host?
