I used guru.com in the past when I was doing contract
work. Agreed, very nice set of services. There are a
few others that I can't think of at the moment, but I
can remember: techrepublic.com and dice.com.

I can see these kinds of sites leading the charge for
telecommuting. All that's needed is a good web-based
project management web app that both developers and
clients can use, something like SourceForge maybe.
