I don't mind bringing my Linux box. Think it would be nice to have Linux on one of the CCCC computers, as well as a few special routines on floppy, like partimage and SPBLinux. I am inclined to expect demo and questions would take up the time available for a first presentation. Clickers often have an intro and one or more follow-up classes, so the intro can be repeated from time to time as new people become interested, and the follow-up as they begin to get enough experience to run into problems.
I think it is a good idea to get a discussion going here. We'll have to see what time slot and room we are assigned to know what equipment will be available. I had a few adventures teaching there when some of the equipment I had counted on had gone out with an officer and not returned by Saturday morning. I would expect we could at least get permission to set up a CCCC machine to dual boot. What does the XP in Windows XP mean? Expect trouble.
