No immediate leads, but they need to "network" the
human element here and get their names out there. For
instance, they should check out all the major job
search sites, and possibly post their resumes
specifying they are looking for telecommuting work.

They need to somehow advertise the fact that their
group is available for doing contract work to a large
audience. For instance, do they have a web presence
that clearly describes what they offer, and is
registered with all the relevant search engines/site
directories? They need to compete by making it easier
and cheaper to do work with them than companies
located in the US. Once they have gained a foothold
with any client here in the US, they need to treat
that client so well that the client advertises for
them.

And they should look at sites like www.guru.com, where
they can propose solutions to posted problems. There
are others out there, don't remember at the moment.
