I would like somebody to spend about three hours a month to go to the various websites and e-e-zines that list LUG events. You will enter information about our next meeting, and keep the information on each of these sites updated. For example, you might go to the Red Hat site, enter their LUG information page, and specify that our next meeting is this May and will be about XYZ. That way, when people from Baton Rouge that aren't familiar with BRLUG hit these sites they will be directed to us. Part of your responsibilities would be to keep a spreadsheet or some kind of simple database updated with which sites we maintain this information, and the last time we updated that information. Possibly login information as well if you have to login to their site to update this information.
