When I boot Linux and log in as root I get mail with the message that
ModProbe can't locate the following modules:
     char-major-10-134
     sound-service-0-0

Then there is notice of an Xinted[832] mismatch,

and, from the prompt,
    hda: dma-intr  error 0x84 ...bad CRC.


Explanations, please.
