What is your budget? :) Also, what do you need as far as scalability, performance, and management? For a free solution that has been around for a while look into FreeS/WAN. There are probably quite a few others out there, but it's late so I can't think of them off the top of my head. You should also consider looking into whether your current router vendor has a solution ready for you. Who knows.. you may be able to just pop a card into a Cisco box and be off.
