And once again, I am wrong. PJ's is located on Essen. Perks on Perkins is near City Park, as Larry said. I would like to try that location. So, once again, I apologize for erroneous information. Perks is not located on the corner of Perkins and Essen. Perks is located at 2008 Perkins Road, near where Perkins and I-10 intersect. I believe it is across the road from Zeeland Street Market. It is a very nice little cafe.
