That just confirms my decision to swap instructors last year. You know, the sad thing is that education is the only place people like this can exist and be successful. In my opinion it is also the WORST place they could possibly be. Of course, where I work, there are a lot of people like this also. Even though I have been there a while, I still find it impossible to deal with people like this. There are so many people in academia that are just worthless beyond spitting some facts out that they learned in a book. Critical thinking and "learning" are not taught anymore.
It reminds me of when I was a kid and I would get a new expesive toy for Christmas and my mother would punish me because the first thing I did was take it apart to figure out how it worked. Pinnepali and all people like her should be run out of education and/or go back where they came from. They are harming the entire system and the "thinkers" of tomorrow.
