The project is open at SourceForge.
We have not settled on a name for our project yet, but I registered
the project under the anagram PLLUG. As John said, the name is a
rather low priority at this point. What we need to do is develop the
business plan and break it down into taks we can accomplish.

The web page can be reached at http://pllug.sourceforge.net
Anyone registered at SourceForge can join the project. I have not
set up CVS yet, so we cannot track files, but I do not think we have
gotten quite that far.

I posted a basic page, the project summary and the basic tasks we
agreed on at the meeting at Perks.

I think we need to make progress on these tasks before we can request
help from developers.

The website as it stands is just a page announcing our intentions.
Along with the business plan we need to develop a format and set of
standards that will let us coordinate the website with the scheme for
delivery of our product.

We have taken the first small steps. Please take a look at what we
have as soon as it is convenient and let's move forward.

(weasely disclaimer alert!)
One note on the project admin. John suggested I take that on for now,
as I have the time. I am coordinating my efforts with John, Dustin
and Craig. It is, as the saying goes, just my turn in the barrel.
John and the BRLUG are the guiding forces, I am just a guy that is
excited about this project.
