Yes, anyone can attend.

I would like to propose either this Thursday evening and/or Wednesday,
July 17th. There is a ~16 day window in there where we have a science
run going on and seismic activity must be kept to a minimum.

I know that Thursday would be short notice, but that is why I am
proposing two tours. Also, it allows people to have a choice in dates.
The science run will be starting on Friday night, so the last chance for
a few weeks will be Thursday.

Say around 7:00 PM?

Let me know if these dates are OK with everyone? I would also like to
get an approximate head count.
