Shannon:
Are you using filters? I have seen where copying a filter and
editing it, instead of creating it from scratch can cause redundant
copies. Generally because the filter was not saved after editing,
but closed instead, thus creating identical filters and two copies of
some mail.
I only recieved it once BTW.
