Thank you, thank you. For my home internet connection, I use a Win98 box running WinProxy (with anti-virus) -- http://www.winproxy.com. For some time my wife has been having strange problems trying to access some genealogy sites. I tried just about everything. Winipcfg on the proxy machine showed the DNS addresses as: 68.1.208.30 68.11.16.30
so this is what I plugged into WinProxy as my DNS servers. However, dnsreport.com gives: 68.1.17.237 68.1.17.5 When I plugged these addresses into WinProxy, everything fell into place....no more problems. Thanks again for the hint.
